Virgil Chevalier

Virgil was all state in football, basketball, and baseball at Niwot High School,

Boulder, CO. He attended Seminole State College, OK before signing with Boston in 1995.  He played 9 professional seasons, 7 with the Boston Red Sox and 2 with the N.Y. Mets.  Virgil amassed 3,512 professional at bats with a life time batting average of .274.  He played in over 200 professional games as a catcher, outfielder and infielder. Virgil was inducted into the Albany Twilight League hall of fame in 2011.
